摘要
针对制药废水的成分复杂,水质水量变化大、硫酸盐含量高等特点,本文通过采用目前常用的钡盐法进行探究。实验以六个不同生产商生产的钡盐为沉淀剂研究其在不同运行参数下对废水中硫酸根离子的去除情况。通过在pH为酸性,中性,碱性的条件以及投加比为1.2、1.4、1.6的条件进行对比分析。从经济和实际应用角度出发得出选用投加比为1.6,pH为8.5(碱性)的组合硫酸盐去除率最高,可达到88.60%,符合实际生产情况。
With characteristic of complex components,large changes in water quality and quantity,and high sulfate content of pharmaceutical wastewater,barium salt from different manufacturers was used as precipitant to study the removal of sulfate ions in wastewater under different operation parameters. The study was based on comparing and analyzing the conditions in pH of acid,neutral,alkaline and adding ratio of 1. 2,1. 4 and 1. 6. The date showed that from the view of the economic and practical application,the combination between removal ratio of 1. 6 and pH of 8. 5(alkaline) can receive the highest removal rate(88. 60%),which was in line with the actual production
