摘要 化学需氧量是反应水体受有机物污染的重要指标,本文采用新标准对水体中化学需氧量进行检测,通过对方法的检出限、精密度、准确度进行试验,得到该方法的检出限为3.12 mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.8%,并对不同浓度的实际水样进行检测,验证了新标准的实际应用性。通过对新标准的优势进行分析,该标准能够更好地监测低浓度样品,精密度更高。通过分析不同加热时间对检测结果的影响,选取最佳时间为1 h。 Chemical oxygen demand is an important indicator of water polluted by organic matter. The chemical oxygen demand in water was detected by the new standard through the test of detection limit,precision and accuracy of this method. The detection limit was 3. 12 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 2. 8%. The actual application of the new standard was verified by testing the actual water samples of different concentrations. By analyzing the advantages of the new standard,the standard can better monitor the low concentration sample and the precision was higher. By analyzing the influence of different heating time on the test results,the optimal time was 1 h.
