摘要
石油化工厂区应设置应急事故水池。本文以某石化的新建应急事故水池为例论述其设计过程。根据《水体污染防控紧急措施设计导则》计算确定应急事故水池的有效容积;非污染区雨水通过切换井进入应急事故水池或排至界区外雨水管网系统,应急事故水池内的雨水和消防事故水根据监测情况由事故水泵提升至界区外雨水系统或污水处理场;应急事故水池形式为地下式,底板和壁板做防渗处理。
The emergency accident pool should be constructed in the petrochemical plant. Taking a new petrochemical emergency accident pool as an example,its design process was discussed. The effective volume of the emergency accident pool was calculated according to Design Guideline of the Emergency Measures for Water Pollution Prevention and Control. The rainwater in the non-polluted area was transferred into the emergency accident pool or the rain water pipe network system outside the boundary area. The rain water and the fire accident water in the emergency accident pool were raised by the accident water pump to the outside rainwater system or the sewage treatment according to the monitoring data. The emergency accident pool was underground,and the bottom plate and panel were impervious.
