摘要
虚拟仿真技术作为信息化时代的产物,目前广泛应用于各个领域,是一种提高教学质量的有效手段。本文通过分析当前食品专业实验教学现状,对虚拟仿真技术在高校食品专业实验课中的应用进行了初步的探讨,并重点阐述了引用虚拟仿真技术构建实验教学平台对于食品专业实验课产生的影响与实施建议,旨在提高食品专业实验课的教学质量。
As the product of information society,virtual simulation technology is widely applied in many fields nowadays. It is an effective method to improve teaching quality. The current status of experimental teaching of food specialty was analyzed,and the influences and implementation suggestions of experimental teaching platform which was made of virtual simulation technology on experimental teaching of food specialty were discussed,so as to promote the teaching quality of food specialty experiment.
