摘要
高效液相色谱实验课是高等院校药物分析的必修课之一,本文探讨如何提高高效液相色谱实验课的教学质量进行的一系列改革。包括提高学生动手能力,激发大学生学习的主动性积极性,提高独立思考和科学研究的自主创新能力,提高学生分析识图谱的能力,经过一年多的教学改革,大大提高了大型精密仪器实验教学的整体质量水平,同时还使我校高效液相色谱大大提高了利用率,取得良好的效果。
High-performance liquid chromatography experimental course is one of the compulsory courses for Drug Analysis in colleges and universities. How to improve the teaching quality of the HPLC experimental course was discussed,including improving students＇ hands-on ability,stimulating the active enthusiasm of university students＇ learning,improving the independent innovation ability of independent thinking and scientific research,and improving students＇ ability to analyze the spectral map. After over one year of teaching reform,the experimental teaching of large-scale precision instruments was greatly improved. The utilization rate of the high-performance liquid chromatography in our school was greatly improved and good results were achieved.
