级联非对称多电平变换器拓扑分析

摘要 随着工业技术的发展,多电平变换器受到越来越多的关注。以单相五电平变换器为例,对级联非对称多电平变换器(CAMC)的拓扑结构进行了分析,提出了适当的混合调制策略,并对基于CAMC的静止无功补偿器的电路进行了研究。研究表明,与常用的多电平变换器相比,CAMC运用较少的开关函数和电容器,便能实现多电平输出,能够大大改善有效电平数与开关状态之比,在电能质量的改善、可再生能源的接入等方面具有良好的应用前景。 With the development of industrial technology,multi-level converter is more and more popular. In this paper,a single-phase five-level converter is used as an example. The topology of cascaded asymmetric multilevel converter( CAMC) is analyzed. An appropriate hybrid modulation strategy is proposed,and the STATOM circuit based on CAMC are researched. It shows that,compared to the commonly used multi-level converter,CAMC uses less switching function and capacitor. and multi-level output can be achieved. The ratio of effective level to switching state can be greatly improved So it has a good application prospect in the improvement of power quality and the access of renewable energy.
