摘要 提出一种结合电力负荷分类的需求侧响应电价模型。在峰谷分时电价理论的支撑下,综合考虑电力价格的变化率和市场需求变化率,以电力市场的需求价格弹性系数为基础,通过对一天划时段分别设定不同电价,综合考虑供需两侧以建立分时电价模型。以峰负荷最小化、谷负荷最大化且用户购电费用尽可能少为目的建立组合函数。结合电力负荷差异性分类,针对不同类型电力用户进行算例仿真,结果表明该电价模型可以取得较好的预测效果,可以作为制定峰谷电价的依据。 A demand-side response pricing model combining power load classification is proposed. Under the theory of TOU price theory,the rate of change of electricity prices and the rate of change of market demand are considerd. Based on the demand price elasticity of the electricity market,by setting a different price for the different hours,the time-of-use price model is set up by considering both sides of supply and demand. The purpose is reducing the peak load,increasing the valley load and minimizing the cost of electricity purchase,which can be achieved by establishing the objective function. Combining with the classification of power load difference,a numerical simulation is carried out for different types of power users. The results show that the price model can achieve better prediction results and can be used as a basis for formulating peak-valley electricity prices.
