摘要
针对传统的PID控制在锅炉主蒸汽温度控制中缺乏自适应性,应用模糊控制理论建立模糊PID控制模型。以300 MW汽包锅炉机组为研究对象,根据主蒸汽温度控制经验及专家知识,建立模糊控制器,在不同的工况下,自适应优化PID参数,增强控制的智能性。仿真结果表明,基于模糊自适应控制的PID控制策略与PID控制相比,调节时间降低了0.36 s,超调量降低了5%,具有更好的调节品质。
According to the fact that Traditional PID Control Lack of Adaptability in Main Steam Temperature Control of Boilers,this paper is combined fuzzy control theory together with PID algorithm to establish a fuzzy PID control model. The research object is a 300 MW boiler. According to the experience and expert knowledge of master steam temperature control,a fuzzy controller is established,which enhance the intelligence of control that self-adaptive optimization of PID parameters under different operating conditions. The simulated experiments results show that compared with fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm and PID algorithm,the designed control has better stability. The adjustment time is reduced by 0. 36 s,the overshoot is reduced by 5%.
