燃煤NCB机组在大中城市热电联产应用分析

摘要 针对目前东北地区电网调峰困难、电热矛盾突出问题,结合燃煤火力发电在未来相当长一段时间内仍将是我国能源系统的重要组成部分的现实,阐述了国内新研发的燃煤NCB(凝抽背)机组特性,分析了不同机组供热能力及技术指标,并对常规抽凝机组与NCB机组不同运行方式组合下的相关指标进行比较,提出了在供热负荷较大的地区以及有热电解耦要求的地区采用NCB机组实现热电联产供热的建议。分析结果表明,采用NCB机型实现热电联产供热,可以增加机组供热能力,实现环保供热以及火电的灵活调峰和热电解耦,是解决北方地区电热矛盾的一种行之有效的方法。 In view of the current problems of peak adjustment and electric heating contradiction in the power grid of Northeast China,and the reality that coal-fired power generation will still be an important part of China's energy system for a long time in the future,the characteristics of newly developed NCB(Extraction condensing back-pressure) unit in China are introduced. The heating capacity and qualification of different units are analyzed. And the related indexes of the combination of the conventional condensing unit and the NCB unit in different operation modes have been compared. The suggestion that the NCB unit should be used to heat the heat and power in the area with large heating load and the area with the thermal decoupling requirement is put forward. The analysis results show that it is an effective way to solve the problem of electric heating in the north area. And it can realize the environment protection heating,flexible peak and thermoelectric decoupling of thermal power. It is an effective method to solve the electric heat contradiction in the northern region.
