硫磺制酸装置SO_2炉气还原吸收湿法磷酸中碘分子的工艺研究

摘要 当前碘回收装置消耗较大的原料之一是SO_2,使用外购二氧化硫的储运风险和价格因素严重制约碘回收生产成本管控。介绍了开磷集团将硫磺制酸装置产生的SO_2炉气作为洗涤吸收剂,引入湿法磷酸碘回收装置还原吸收碘分子的碘回收工艺,该工艺打破了传统湿法磷酸碘回收装置仅可采用液态SO_2的局限性,实现硫磺制酸装置与湿法磷酸碘回收装置的耦合联产。 One of the most consumed raw materials in iodine recovery unit is SO_2. The risk of storage and transportation of purchased sulphur dioxide and price factors are significant constraints for cost control of iodine recovery production. The iodine recovery process employed by Kailin Group is highlighted that SO_2 furnace gas produced by the sulphuric acid plant is introduced as a washing absorbent into the wet iodine recovery unit to reduce and absorb the iodine molecules. This process breaks limitations in the traditional wet iodine recovery unit where only liquid SO_2 is used,and realizes the integrated operation of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant and the wet iodine recovery unit.
