摘要 从生产成本的角度讲,减少和杜绝电极折断是黄磷生产企业最大的节能降耗的措施。通过剖析多电极制磷电炉在生产运行中多发的断电极事故及生产操作管理中的不足,指出了应从黄磷电炉的"熔池相切理论"和"电极折断的影响因素分析"出发,理论联系实践,以解决和防范制磷电炉电极折断事故的发生,使之在最佳状态和最优工艺条件下稳定运行,以创造好的经济效益。 From the perspective of production cost,reducing and eliminating electrode breakage is the biggest energy saving and consumption reduction measure for yellow phosphorus production enterprises. By analyzing the repeated electrode breaking in the multi-electrode phosphorus electric furnace during operation and the deficiencies in the production operation management,it is pointed out that the"furnace hearth tangent"theory and"root cause analysis of electrode breaking"should be taken into account for the yellow phosphorus electric furnace,combine theory with practice,so as prevent the occurrence of electrode breaking incidents in the phosphorus-making electric furnace,so that it can operate stably under the optimal state and optimal process conditions to generate good economic benefits.
