基于文献计量学的大鼠心肌梗死模型尿液代谢组学研究

摘要 目的探讨大鼠心肌梗死模型尿液代谢组生物信息学通路。方法从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Embase、PubMed数据库中检索大鼠心肌梗死的实验研究,对纳入研究代谢产物进行汇总。信号通路分析采用KEGG,代谢产物分子注释、相关的酶或转运蛋白及其相关性质分析采用HMDB,代谢产物路径可视化采用metPA网络软件。结果通过通路拓扑分析选出了3条代谢通路作为大鼠心肌梗死代谢通路,分别是:柠檬酸循环(TCA循环);丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢;精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢。结论大鼠心肌梗死代谢组生物信息分析显示心肌梗死发病机制涉及糖类、脂肪、蛋白质等物质代谢及其代谢通路。 Objective To explore the metabolic pathways of myocardial infarction (MI) in rat based on bibliometrics.Methods The ex -perimental studies about myocardial infarction in rats were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI),Wanfang Data Resource System (Wanfang Database),VIP network (VIP),PubMed,and Embase.The metabolites included studies weresummarized.The signaling pathways were analyzed by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database.The metabolitemolecular annotation,related enzymes or transporters and their related properties were analyzed using Human Metabolome Database(HMDB).The visualization of metabolite pathway was performed using the Metabolomics Pathway Analysis (MetPA).Results Thirdmetabolic pathways were selected as pathways for myocardial infarction in rats by pathway topology analysis:tricarboxylic acid (TCA)cycle (citrate cycle),aminoacyl tRNA biosynthesis,alanine aspartate and glutamate metabolism,and arginine and proline metabolism.Conclusion The bioinformatics analysis of the metabolomics of myocardial infarction in rats shows that the pathogenesis of myocar -dial infarction involves the metabolism of carbohydrates,fats,proteins,RNA,and other metabolic pathways.
