高校寝室文化建设浅谈

Construction of Dormitory Culture in Colleges and Universities

加强寝室文化建设是高校实施素质教育的重要途径之一,也是大学生思想政治教育面临的重要任务。针对目前寝室文化建设中重"管理"轻"育人"、寝室管理部门难以形成寝室文化建设合力、学生对寝室文化建设的认识普遍不深以及"网络化"给寝室文化造成冲击等问题,提出寝室文化建设从学校管理层面应强化其育人功能、加强管理队伍建设、用思想政治教育引导寝室文化建设;从学生自我建设层面应加强大学生对寝室文化的认同感、充分发挥网络在寝室文化建设中的优势、培养大学生积极向上的寝室文化观。

Strengthening the construction of dormitory culture is one of the important ways to implement quality education in colleges and universities,and it is also an important task faced by college students in ideological and political education.The current dormitory culture construction emphasizes “management” rather than “educating people”,which causes some problems.They are described as follows.It is difficult for the dormitory management department to form a dormitory culture.Students’ understanding of the dormitory culture is generally not deep,and the “networking” have struck the dormitory culture.From the perspective of school management,the construction of dormitory culture should strengthen its educational function and the construction of management team,guide the construction of dormitory culture with ideological and political education.From the perspective of students’ self-construction,it should strengthen the College Students’ recognition of dormitory culture,make full use of the advantage of the “network” in the construction of dormitory culture,and cultivate college students’ positive outlook on dormitory culture.
