摘要
随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,档案管理工作也经历着新的变革。办公自动化、网络化的逐渐完善,促进了纸质档案向数字化档案方向发展,但是变革过程中也存在着很多阻力和弊端,在很长一段时间内,数字化档案和纸质档案还将会共存发展。
With the rapid development of electronic information technology,archives management has undergone some new changes.In order to improve work efficiency,with the gradual improvement of office automation and networking,archival materials have promoted the development from paper archives to digital archives.However,there are many obstacles and drawbacks in the process of transformation.digital archives and paper archives will co-exist and develop in a long time.
