手术室护士多重耐药菌感染知识知晓率调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解基层手术室护士关于多重耐药(MDR)菌感染知识知晓、掌握程度,为临床提供针对性的相关指导与培训,为卫生部门管理提供科学和临床实践依据。方法以问卷调查方式,对2017年1—5月重庆市璧山区各医院进行分层整群抽样,对二级和一级医院在职的120名手术室护士进行调查,收集、统计其对MDR菌感染知识知晓及掌握情况,应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果 120名手术室护士中,MDR菌感染知识15个条目中得满分者43名(35.8%);得9分以下者29名(24.2%)。15个条目中手术室护士MDR菌感染知识知晓率大于80.0%者4项,其中"手卫生的意义"、"六步洗手法及洗手指征"知晓率最高[分别为91.7%(110/120)、90.0%(108/120)];15个条目中手术室护士MDR菌感染知识知晓率低于75.0%者8项,"MDR菌的感染类型"知晓率最低[66.7%(80/120)]。不同性别、学历手术室护士的MDR菌感染知识知晓率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同护龄、专业技术职务、岗位职务、所在医院级别、是否给学生带教、参与MDR菌感染相关知识培训次数的手术室护士MDR菌感染知识知晓率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室部分护士对MDR菌感染知识的掌握相对较差,在临床中需加强指导,有针对性地进行医院感染知识培训、教育和考核,相关管理部门也应采取相应措施进行管理。 Objective To understand the awareness rate and mastering degree of operating room nurses on the knowl-edge of multidrug resistant(MDR)bacterial infection,in order to provide the targeted related guidance and training for clinic,and scientific and clinical practical basis for the health department management. Methods The hospitals in Bishan District ofChongqing City conducted the stratified cluster sampling by using the questionnaire investigation mode from January to May2017.One hundred and twenty on-the-job operating room nurses in secondary and primary hospitals were investigated. Theawareness and mastering situation of MDR bacterial infection knowledge was collected and statistically analyzed by using theSPSS19.0 statistical software. Results Among 120 operating room nurses,43 respondents(35.8%)got the full marks of 15 items in MDR bacterial infection knowledge and 29 respondents(24.2%)got below 9 points. In 15 items,the awareness rate ofoperating room nurses on MDR bacterial infection knowledge in 4 items was more than 80.0%,which of hand hygiene signifi-cance,6-step hand washing method and hand washing indication was the highest[91.7%(110/120),90.0%(108/120)];in 15 items,the awareness rate of operating room nurses on MDR bacterial infection knowledge was less than 75.0% in 8 items,theawareness rate of operating room nurses on MDR bacterial infection types was the lowest [66.7%(80/120)].The awareness ofMDR bacterial infection knowledge had no statistical differences between different sexes and among different education levels(P〉0.05);the awareness rates of operating room nurses on MDR bacterial infection knowledge had statistical differencesamong different nursing ages,professional and technical positions,post positions,hospital levels,whether teaching students,times of joining MDR bacterial infection knowledge training(P〈0.05). Conclusion Partial operating room nurses are poor inmastering the knowledge of MDR bacterial infection.It is needed to strengthen the guidance,and carry out the hospital infectionknowledge training,education and assessment,meanwhile the relevant management departments should also adopt correspond-ing measures to conduct the management.
