随着移动通信技术与智能终端产业的快速发展,移动应用服务市场获得了前所未有的重视。在水文领域,移动应用服务因其便携性令用户突破了时间和空间的限制,能够实时快速地获取、上报水文气象预测预报信息。浙江水情移动服务平台拓展了浙江水情信息的社会泛在化应用,提高水情信息发布的便捷性和时效性,提升浙江水情的社会化综合服务能力,具有重要的现实意义。
With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and intelligent terminal industry,the market of mobile application service has received unprecedented attention. In the field of hydrology,because of its portability,mobile application service can make users break through the limitation of time and space to obtain and report hydro-meteorological forecast information in real time. The mobile service platform expands the ubiquitous application of Zhejiang hydrological information,improves the convenience and timeliness of hydrological information release,and enhances the comprehensive social service capability. It has important practical significance.
