农村供水站管理中图像抓拍装置的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对农村供水站标准化建设试点中,无线图像抓拍时存在的使用移动侦测功能图像抓拍数量过多造成用户查看数据不方便以及大大增加流量成本的现象,以及使用定时抓拍功能经常拍不到管理人员进门导致抓拍效果不佳的情况,提出并设计了一种基于门磁开关的图像抓拍装置,同时通过计算分析得出门扇开度为60.00°,支架尺寸为50.00 cm的最佳安装条件,最后通过现场测试证明该装置能够实现一次开门或关门仅抓拍一次图像,有效解决之前存在的问题,结构合理、成本低、安装方便、运行稳定,抓拍效果良好,能够很好地满足用户需求,在农村供水站的标准化建设和安全管理中具有推广价值。 In the standardized construction of rural water supply stations,when capturing the image,excessive number of images were captured using mobile detection function,which is inconvenient for users to view data and greatly increases the cost of traffic. Furthermore,the use of the timing snapshot function often can't capture the managerial staff,leads to poor snapshot effect,so an image capturing device based on door magnetic switch is proposed and designed. At the same time,through the calculation and analysis,the best installation conditions with a door fan opening of 60° and a bracket size of 50 cm are obtained. Finally,the field test proves that the device can achieve only one capturing of image at a single opening or closing of the door,effectively solving the problems that existed before. Moreover,with reasonable structure,low costs,convenient installation,stable operation,and good capture effect,the device is able to meet the needs of users well,and has the promotion value of standardization construction and safety management in the rural water supply stations.
