摘要
为了研究海洋大功率往复式压缩机曲轴系统中主轴承的受力情况,利用ADAMS软件建立仿真模型,分析了主轴承在旋转副和弹簧支承2种约束方式下的受力情况,得到支撑刚度、阻尼值与主轴承受力的关系。结果表明,这2种支撑方式下的主轴承受力趋势基本一致,但是弹簧支撑的幅值比旋转副约束的幅值小得多;随着弹簧支承的支撑刚度、阻尼的增大,主轴承力的幅值有一定程度的增大。仿真结果对轴系和机体的设计以及振动控制方面起到一定的指导作用,并为压缩机轴承的选用和润滑提供参考。
In order to study the force of the main bearing in the crankshaft system of marine high power reciprocating compressor,the simulation model of reciprocating compressor has been established based on ADAMS software.The force of the main bearing under two different constraint modes of rotating pair and spring support was simulated,and the relationship between the support stiffness was obtained.Results show that two different ways to support the spindle bearing force are basically the same trend,but the amplitude of the spring support is much smaller than that of the rotation pair constraint;with the amplitude of the elastic support stiffness,damping is increased,spindle bearing has a certain degree of increase.The simulation results provide some guidance for the design and vibration control of shafting and body and a reference for the selection and lubrication of the bearing of the compressor.
