摘要
以东方13-2B钻井平台井架为研究对象,采用专业分析软件SAFI对其进行分析。由于井架结构的复杂性,选取井架作业工况和起升工况对该井架进行静态分析。根据计算结果,对设计提出改进建议,提高了该型井架的可靠性,并为节约平台空间、减轻质量和提高井架产品质量提供了可靠保证。型式试验证明该型井架满足作业工况的要求。
Taking the derrick for Dongfang 13-2 Boffshore platform as the research object in this paper,the structure analysis is carried out by the professional analysis software SAFI,because of the complexity of the derrick structure,selected the working conditions and the lifting conditions to analyze static force of the derrick.According to the calculation results,the design improvement suggestions are proposed,and the structure of the derrick is modified quickly.The reliability of the modified derrick has been improved.It provides a reliable guarantee for saving space,reducing weight,and improving the ultimate quality of the derrick.According to follow-up manufacturing and type test,it's proved that the design of this type of derrick meets the requirements of working conditions.
