摘要
为解决低透气性突出煤层开采过程中的煤与瓦斯突出问题,根据煤层注水防突的机理,设计了浅孔中高压注水系统。通化矿业集团对生产矿井采掘工作面分别进行了中高压注水试验,结果表明,中高压注水和其它防突措施结合能使瓦斯提前释放,瓦斯涌出量及钻屑瓦斯解吸指标明显下降,有效控制了瓦斯超限,掘进速度也得到大幅提高。
In order to solve the problem of coal and gas outburst in the process of coal seam mining with low gas permeability, according to the mechanism of water injection and water outburst prevention, a shallow hole medium and high pressure water injection system was designed, and the shallow hole medium and high pressure water injection technology was studied. A medium-high pressure water injection test was carried out on mining faces of Tonghua Mining Group. The results showed that the combination of medium and high pressure water injection and other anti-burst measures will release the gas in advance, and the gas emission and the gas desorption index of the cuttings will be significantly reduced. The gas overrun is controlled and the tunneling speed is greatly improved.
