摘要
为了加强对煤矿井下环境的监测监控,提出了运用风险预警机器人获取井下数据的远程控制方案。无线通信技术保障了信号传输的安全性,友好的人机交互界面增强了对机器人的远程控制。机器人的结构设计和关键技术能够实现对巷道不同位置的数据监测,根据灰色模型实现了对井下风险进行预报。风险预警机器人给煤矿井下监测监控提供了新的研究方向。
In order to strengthen the monitoring and monitoring of the underground coal mine environment, a remote control scheme for the mobile acquisition of downhole data using a risk warning robot was proposed. Wireless communication technology ensures the security of signal transmission, and the friendly human-computer interaction interface enhances the remote control of the robot. The structural design and key technologies of the robot can realize the data monitoring of different positions of the roadway, and the prediction of the downhole risk is realized according to the gray model. The risk warning robot provides a new research direction for underground coal mine monitoring and monitoring.
