摘要
以上湾煤矿特厚煤层工作面为背景,系统分析了厚煤层开采方式的适用性.采用综放开采,顶煤无法自然垮落,需要人工强制放顶,工作面布置数量较多,成本投资较大.而采用大采高综采工艺,管理简单,成本较低,施工维修量较小,可实现一井一面年产量8 Mt的目标.故综合认为上湾矿工作面采用大采高综采工艺进行开采是合理的。
In this paper, the working face of the extra-thick coal seam in Shangwan Mine is used as the background, and the applicability of the mining method of thick coal seam was systematically analyzed. With the fully mechanized caving mining, the top coal can not be naturally collapsed, and manual forced topping is required,the number of working faces is large.,the cost investment is relatively large; while the large mining height and fully-mechanized mining technology is adopted, the management is simple, the cost is low, and the construction and maintenance is small, which can achieve the goal of 8 Mt per year of one well; therefore, it is considered that large mining height and fully-mechanized mining technology is adopted on the working face of Shangwan Mine is reasonable.
