京津冀的不断融合发展,为河北省小微型企业的发展带来了机遇。然而当前制约小微型企业发展的重要原因还是贷款难、融资难,从金融体系融资往往困难重重。利用京津地区优势,借助于供应链的资源优势,以供应链相关企业的信用为保证进行供应链内部和外部融资,是解决河北省小微型企业融资难的创新型模式之一。

The continuous integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has provided opportunities for the development of small and micro enterprises in Hebei province. However, difficulty in obtaining loans is still the main reason that constraint those enterprises＇ development, those enterprises find hard to acquiremoney from the traditional financial system. Depending on the location advantages and supply chain resource advantages, one of the creative solution is to deploy internal and external financing in the supply chain based on enterprise credit as the guarantee.
