摘要
分析当前福建体育用品制造业转型升级面临的产业"大而不强"、中小微企业固定成本转换、新技术变革引领产业发展新趋势、拓展产品与服务有效集成新型业态、提升品牌核心竞争力、提升供给精准度以及高效供给等诸多方面的困境,提出企业转型升级的供给侧改革新思路,通过开拓国际化市场、推进服务型制造、加强产品科技创新、提升产业集群化、推进品牌战略发展的路径进行突破,并以龙头企业的实践探索为例证,形成可复制、可推广的成功经验。
This paper analyzes the dilemma of the transformation and upgrading of the sports goods manufacturing, which is faced with the fixed cost conversion of small and medium enterprises, the new trend of new technology reform leading the industry development, the development of the new type of effective integration of products and services, the promotion of the core competitive power of brand, the improvement of the precision of supply and the high efficiency supply. The new ideas of the supply-side reform of the enterprise transformation and upgrading are put forward, and the breakthrough is made by opening up the international market, promoting the service type manufacturing, strengthening the product technology innovation, promoting the industrial cluster and promoting the development of the brand strategy, and taking the exploration of the leading enterprises as an example, the successful experience can provide a theoretical reference and practical suggestion.
