In order to cultivate applied mechanical and electrical undergraduate talents with innovative ability, the teaching mode of single-chip microcomputer course has been reformed. The method of combination of theory and practice could improve students＇ practical and innovative ability. This mode obtained great teaching effects within two years＇ test run, which provides a reference for the teaching reform in the new era.
