汽车AT换挡机构的行星齿轮机构演示装置的设计

摘要 针对汽车AT自动变速器结构复杂,工作原理难理解的问题开发了基于汽车AT换挡机构的行星齿轮机构演示装置。按弯曲疲劳强度条件进行了参数设计,基于CATIA平台进行了结构设计和运动仿真,通过ANSYS/Workbench软件对关键零部件进行了强度校核,提高了产品可靠性和开发效率。成品试验结果表明,该装置演示效果良好。 A demonstration device for planetary gear mechanism of automobile AT shifting mechanism was developed for the problem that the structure of the automobile AT automatic transmission is complicated and the working principle is difficult to understand. The parameters were designed according to the bending fatigue strength conditions. The structural design and motion simulation were carried out based on the CATIA platform. The strength of the key components was checked by ANSYS/Workbench software, which improved product reliability and development efficiency. The results of the finished product test show that the device demonstrates good results.
