电子围栏防拆绝缘子的设计

摘要 针对目前电子围栏绝缘子安全性差、中间绝缘子与终端绝缘子无法通用等问题,研究并设计了一种具有防拆功能的绝缘子。该设计既能阻止入侵者轻易拆除或松动绝缘子,还能保证可维修性;中间绝缘子和终端绝缘子合二为一,有利于降低生产成本和零件管理成本。详细介绍了两种防拆方案,并对方案的优缺点展开了讨论。最后,从工业设计角度进行了多款绝缘子外观造型的设计,可供用户选用。 In view of the problems of poor safety of electronic fence insulators as well as the poor universality of intermediate insulators and terminal insulators, a kind of insulators with anti dismantling function was studied and designed. This design not only prevents the intruders from easily dismantling or loosening insulators, but also ensures the maintainability; the intermediate insulators and terminal insulators were combined to reduce the cost of production and the cost of part management. Secondly, two kinds of tampering schemes were introduced in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes were discussed. Finally, from the perspective of industrial design, a variety of insulator appearance modeling design had been carried out for users to choose.
