摘要
为了对液压爬模施工技术在超高层建筑核心筒剪力墙施工中的应用进行研究与分析,以合肥国购广场二期办公楼项目为例,对液压爬模技术的选型、方案设计与施工注意事项进行了研究。结果表明:液压爬模在超高层建筑施工中的应用能够有效避免过度吊装,同时还能进一步加快施工速度。但是在进行超高层建筑液压爬模施工过程当中建筑结构特征等因素对于液压爬模施工工艺存在着一定的影响。因此,在进行液压爬模施工之前必须要做好选型、方案设计等工作,在施工过程当中也必须要高度关注相关注意事项。
To study and analyze the application of hydraulic climbing formwork construction in the construction of core-tube shear wall of super high-rise building. This paper takes the second phase office building project of Guogou Plaza in Hefei as an example to study the selection of hydraulic climbing formwork technology, Program design and construction precautions were studied. The application of hydraulic climbing formwork in super high-rise building construction can effectively avoid excessive hoisting, and at the same time further accelerate the construction speed. However, the structural characteristics of the building during hydraulic climb construction of super high-rise buildings have some influence on the construction process of hydraulic climb construction. Before the construction of hydraulic climb construction, it is necessary to do a good job of selection and design, In the construction process must also pay close attention to the relevant precautions.
