摘要
运用FAHP法对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作进行客观定量评价,减少传统主观评价过程中存在的随意性和主观模糊性。选取思想政治教育、网络思想政治教育、思想政治教育科研、思想政治教育创新4项准则层,并运用德尔菲法确定了思想特点与动态掌握度、工作方法路径拓展情况、主流思想舆论掌控度、协同创新、理念创新、方法创新和载体创新等20项指标,运用模糊评价模型得出辅导员思想政治教育工作评价得分,并展开实例分析。
The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was used to evaluate the ideological and political work of college counselors and reduce the arbitrariness and subjective ambiguity in the traditional subjective evaluation process. The four levels of ideological and political education, such as network ideological and political education, ideological and political education research, ideological and political education innovation were chosen, and 20 indexes of ideological characteristics and dynamic sensibility, expansion route of working methods, control over mainstream public opinion, collaborative innovation, theoretical innovation, method innovation, carrier innovation,etc were determined using to Delphi. Finally, the evaluation score and empirical analysis of college counselors' ideological and political education work were made based on FAHP.
