当代中国的养老事业是人们追求美好是的重要部分,因此必须加快建立新时代中国特色的养老金保障体系,来保障人们对美好生活的追求。建立新时代中国特色的养老金保障体系,既符合中国实际,又顺应世界潮流。为此,要解决下列问题:1)过多依赖零支柱和第一支柱的作用问题。2)人口过快老龄化问题。3)人力成本增加过快问题。4)跨区人口流动的养老金统筹问题。为此,要采取下列对策:1)按企业规模收税。2)推进第三支柱的养老金的普及。3)提倡多层次养老金以弥补养老金不足。4)继续推进多种形式的养老金保障覆盖。5)逐步试行国际化养老模式。

The pension industry in contemporary China is an important part of people＇s pursuit of beauty. Therefore,it is necsssary to speed up the establishment of a pension security system with Chinese characteristics in the new era to guarantee people＇s pursuit of a better life. Establishing a pension security system with Chinese characteristics in the new era is in line with China＇s reality and conforms to the world trend. Obviously, we have to solve the following problems ： 1 ） Too much reliance on the role of zero pillar and the first pillar. 2） The population aging is too fast. 3 ） Rapid increase in labor costs. 4 ） Pension pooling problem of inter-regional population mobility. In this paper, some countermeasures against the above problems were proposed, including ： 1 ） collecting taxes according to the size of the enterprise. 2 ） Developing the third pillar pension. 3 ） Promoting multi level pension. 4 ） promoting various forms of pension coverage continually. 5 ） Gradually piloting the international pension model.
