台湾职教师资培养经验对我国大陆师资队伍建设的启示 被引量:4

摘要 我国大陆高职院校不仅缺乏"双师"型教师,而且一些"双师"型教师并不具有真正的专业实践能力。造成这种状况的根本原因是我国大陆高职院校教师招聘、留用和考核制度,以及职称晋升制度与高职教育发展的要求不相适应。我国台湾制定了一系列适合职教师资培养的制度,政府与学校积极支持职业院校教师深入企业进修学习,职业院校采用灵活的教师招聘政策,政府推进职业院校教师资格认证,这些措施推动了职业院校师资队伍发展。我国大陆应改革职业院校教师招聘制度,改革职业院校教师考核和职称晋升制度,推行高职院校教师认证制度。只有这样才能推动高职院校"双师"型教师队伍发展,才能使教师真正具有"双师"型教师的能力。 Mainland vocational colleges are lack of "double teachers", and some "double teachers" also do not have real professional practical ability. The basic reason is that the systems of teacher recruitment,retention, examination and the promotion of professional title do not meet the requirements of the development of higher vocational education in China's Mainland. But Taiwan has formulated a series of systems suitable for the teachers training such as the government and colleges actively support the teachers to go deep into enterprises to learn, colleges adopt flexible teacher recruitment policies, and the government promotes the certification of teachers' qualifications. These measures have promoted the development of teachers in vocational colleges. The mainland of China should reform the system of teachers ' recruitment,examination and professional promotion, and carry out the system of teacher certification in vocational colleges. Only in this way can we promote the development of "double teachers", and make them really meet the requirements of "double teachers" in higher vocational colleges.
