健脾益肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染性哮喘的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Jianpi Yifei Tang Combined with Azithromycin in Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infectious Asthma

目的分析健脾益肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染性哮喘的疗效。方法以2016年3月—2017年6月为病例选取时间,纳入94例小儿肺炎支原体感染性哮喘患儿,按照入院登记先后顺序将其分为参照组、研究组,各47例,分别予以阿奇霉素、健脾益肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗,对比效果。结果研究组患儿咳嗽、咯痰、啰音、发热症状改善时间明显低于参照组(t=12.862、10.109、8.807、8.684,P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),明显高于参照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.029,P<0.05)。结论予以小儿肺炎支原体感染性哮喘患儿健脾益肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗,可缩短临床症状改善时间,提升临床疗效,效果确切,故值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of jianpi yifei tang combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia infectious asthma.Methods 94 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia infectious asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 47 cases in each,respectively treated with azithromycin and jianpi yifei tang combined with azithromycin,and the effect was compared.Results The improvement time of cough,phlegm,rale,fever in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（t=12.862,10.109,8.807,8.684,all P〈0.05）,and the total treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,[95.74%（45/47） vs 82.98%（39/47）],and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.029,P= 0.05）.Conclusion The jianpi yifei tang combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia infectious asthma can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,and improve the clinical curative effect,and the effect is definite,and it is worth promotion and application.
