30例房颤合并脑栓塞的临床治疗措施探讨

Study on Clinical Treatment Measures of 30 Cases with Atrial Fibrillation Combined with Cerebral Infraction

目的探讨房颤合并脑栓塞患者临床特点及治疗措施。方法采取回顾性分析法,随机抽取于2016年10月—2017年10月一年间在该院就诊的慢性房颤合并脑栓塞患者50例作为观察组,并选取50例非房颤合并脑栓塞患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者治疗成果。针对患者间各方面资料加以分析,比对两组心功能指标、疗效指标及副反应状况。结果观察组Pmax、Pd等指标水平(112.01±11.28)ms、(45.46±6.10)ms比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=4.278 2,3.700 1,P<0.05),观察组患者临床总有效率96.00%,明显高于对照组临床总有效率82.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合达比加群酯治疗房颤合并脑栓塞疗效显著,可有效改善患者凝血功能,促进神经损伤的修复,且不增加出血风险,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the clinical treatment measures of atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infraction.Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infraction diagnosed in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group,while 50 cases of patients with non-atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infraction were selected as the control group,and the treatment results were compared and analyzed,and the data of patients were analyzed,and the cardiac function indicators,curative effect and side effect were compared between the two groups.Results The Pmax,Pd levels in the observation group were respectively（112.01±11.28）ms,（45.46±6.10）ms,which were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（t=4.278 2,3.700 1,P〈0.05）,and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.00% vs 82.00%）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of urinary kallikrein combined with pradaxa in treatment of atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infraction is obvious,which can effectively improve the coagulation function and promote the repair of nerve injuries,without increasing the hemorrhage risk,and it is of positive clinical significance.
