摘要
目的探究解剖钢板内固定法应用于老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折患者临床效果和价值。方法将该医院骨外科2017年2—11月收治的88例年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,平均分成两组,实验组用解剖钢板内固定进行治疗,对照组用石膏外固定治疗。经过6个月的治疗后,观察对比两组患者的治疗情况,用Neer评分评价患者愈合情况。结果结果显示,实验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(46.4±6.1)min、(31.8±5.9)m L、(2.6±1.8)d,均显著优于对照组(t=12.064,22.436,10.113,P<0.05);实验组优良率为95.45%,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解剖钢板内固定进行治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折比传统石膏外固定法更能有效促进患者骨折的愈合以及恢复患者的肩关节功能,值得被广泛推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect and value of internal fixation of anatomical plate in treatment of senile patients with comminuted fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods 88 cases of patients with comminuted fracture of surgical neck of humerus admitted and treated in our hospital from February to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group were respectively treated with internal fixation of anatomical plate and plaster external fixation,after 6-month treatment,the treatment condition was compared,and the healing condition was evaluated by the Neer marking.Results The results showed that the operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,and length of stay in the experimental group were respectively(46.4 ±6.1)min,(31.8±5.9)m L,(2.6±1.8)d,which were obviously better than those in the control group(t=12.064,22.436,10.113,P〈0.05);and the excellent and good rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,which was 95.45% in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The internal fixation of anatomical plate in treatment of senile patients with comminuted fracture of surgical neck of humerus can more effectively promote the healing of fracture and recover the shoulder joint function of patients than the traditional plaster external fixation,and it is worth wide promotion.
