酚妥拉明治疗114例小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Safety of Phentolamine in Treatment of 114 Cases of Children with Bronchopneumonitis with Heart Failure

目的探讨酚妥拉明治疗小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭的临床效果及安全性。方法选择于2014年1月—2017年12月在该院急诊儿科收治的小儿支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭患者114例,按照随机数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均为57例。对比分析两组治疗的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果对照组治疗总有效率为73.7%,显著低于观察组96.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.957,P<0.05),对照组患儿的不良反应发生率为26.31%,低于观察组的28.07%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.44,P>0.05)。结论酚妥拉明对小儿支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭有很好的控制效果,在增加治疗总体有效率的同时不增加药物的不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of phentolamine in treatment of children with bronchopneumonitis with heart failure.Methods 114 cases of children with bronchopneumonitis with heart failure admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with57 cases in each,the total treatment effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group（73.7% vs96.5%）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=11.957,P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was lower than that in the observation group（26.31% vs 28.07%）,but the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.44,P〉0.05）.Conclusion The controlling effect of phentolamine in treatment of children with bronchopneumonitis with heart failure is better,which can increase the total treatment effective rate without increasing the adverse reactions of drugs,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
