经阴道三维彩超联合超声造影在盆腔静脉瘀血综合征诊断中的价值分析

Analysis of Value of Three-dimensional Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Pelvic Intravenous Congestion Syndrome

目的探究经阴道三维彩超联合超声诊断造影在盆腔静脉淤血综合征诊断中的价值,分析经阴道三维彩超联合超声造影的临床应用意义以供参考。方法随机选取该院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的疑似盆腔静脉淤血综合征的100例患者作为该次研究对象,对患者分别进行三维彩超诊断(对在子宫旁和卵巢旁的盆腔静脉进行彩超造影)和联合超声造影(采用联合超声诊断定量分析进行诊断),最后经腹腔镜手术,以腹腔镜手术结果为金标准,分析经阴道三维彩超联合超声造影的诊断价值。结果经过三维彩超检测诊断率总计为81.11%,经过超声造影检测诊断率总计为82.22%,联合检测诊断率总计93.33%。三维彩超检测对中度、重度患者检测率较高,超声造影对轻度诊断率较高,联合检查诊断率较高。结论对于盆腔静脉淤血综合征患者的临床诊断采用三维彩超联合超声造影进行诊断准确率高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To study the value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis of pelvic intravenous congestion syndrome thus providing reference for the clinical application significance.Methods 100 cases of patients suspected with pelvic intravenous congestion syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and diagnosed with three-dimensional color ultrasound（uterus and ovary pelvic veins were for color ultrasound radiography） and combined ultrasound radiography（quantitative analysis）,and the patients were for laparoscopic surgery,and the value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was analyzed according to the golden standard of the laparoscopic surgery results.Results The total diagnosis rates of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound,ultrasonic contrast,and combined test were respectively 81.11%,82.22%,93.33%,and the test rate of three-dimensional color ultrasound in moderate and severe patients was higher,and the diagnosis rate of ultrasonic contrast in mild patients was higher,and the diagnosis rate of combined examination was higher.Conclusion The accurate rate of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis of pelvic intravenous congestion syndrome is higher,which is worth wide promotion.
