宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值

Value of Hysteroscope in Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyp

目的探讨宫腔镜检查方法在子宫内膜息肉患者中的应用价值。方法 2016年1月—2017年12月,将该院妇科164例确诊子宫内膜息肉患者随机等分为两组,每组82例。为对照组行门诊普通方法诊断性刮宫手术,针对治疗组实施宫腔镜诊断性刮宫手术,观察比较两组的诊断准确性指标,以及治疗有效率指标。结果治疗组的诊断准确率指标(93.90%)高于对照组(79.27%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.560,P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗有效率(91.46%)指标高于参照组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.604,P<0.05)。结论为子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜诊断性刮宫手术检查,能取得较好结果,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of hysteroscope in diagnosis of endometrial polyp.Methods 164 cases of patients with endometrial polyp admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 82 cases in each,the control group used the common outpatient curettage surgery,while the targeted treatment group were treated with hysteroscopic diagnostic curettage,and the diagnosis accuracy indicators and treatment effective rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The diagnosis accurate rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（93.90% vs 79.27%）,and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance（χ2=7.560,P〈0.05）,and the treatment effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（91.46% vs 75.61%）,and the difference was obvious（χ2=7.604,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of hysteroscopic diagnostic curettage in patients with endometrial polyps can obtain a better result,which is worth promotion.
