芍药甘草汤及制剂的止痛作用在骨性关节炎治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation on Analgesic Effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Preparation in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的分析芍药甘草汤及制剂对骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法选取该院2016年3月—2018年2月收治的240例骨性关节炎患者,将240例骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,每组120例,对照组行单纯关节镜下清理术,观察组在对照组基础上加用芍药甘草汤,比较两组治疗效果及症状评分改善情况。结果两组治疗总有效率进行对比,观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,对照组治疗总有效率为88.83%,观察组明显高于对照组(χ~2=4.630,P=0.031);治疗后观察组临床症状评分(5.19±0.85)分、IL-1β水平(331.24±16.51)ng/L均明显低于对照组的(10.54±1.03)分、(385.50±15.28)ng/L(t=43.885、26.422,P=0.000、0.000)。结论以芍药甘草汤对骨性关节炎患者展开治疗,能有效减轻临床症状,改善炎症水平,治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the analgesic effect of shaoyao gancao decoction and preparation in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods 240 cases of patients with osteoarthritis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 120 cases in each,the control group were treated with simple arthroscopy debridement,while the observation group increased the shaoyao gancao decoction on the basis of the control group,and the improvement of treatment effect and symptom scores was compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.83% vs 88.83%）,（χ2=4.630,P=0.031）;after treatment,the clinical symptom scores and IL-1β level in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the ocntorl group[（5.19±0.85）points,（331.24±16.51） ng/L vs（10.54±1.03）points,（385.50±15.28）ng/L]（t=43.885,26.422,P=0.000,0.000）.Conclusion The shaoyao gancao decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the inflammatory level,and the treatment effect is obvious.
