视频宣教在急诊输液室优质护理中的应用

Application of Video Education in the Excellent Nursing of Emergency Transfusion Room

目的探讨视频多媒体辅助宣教在急诊输液室优质护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月接受输液治疗的患者150例为对照组,选取2017年1月接受输液治疗的患者148例为观察组,采用不同的健康教育方式。对照组采用传统宣教方法,给予输液健康教育、用药指导等常规口头宣教;观察组采用常规口头宣教结合视频多媒体宣教方式。采用问卷调查对2组患者满意度、患者健康知识掌握程度进行对比,并对同期在输液室工作的26名护士进行工作满意度调查。结果观察组患者的满意度(96.7%)明显高于对照组(87.8%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.572,P<0.05);从两组患者对疾病知识掌握程度看,观察组掌握例数126例,明显优于对照组96例,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.980,P<0.05)。结论通过自制的多媒体视频在输液期间对输液患者进行宣教,在适当的时间内,运用视频多媒体的功能,增加了患者的视听效果及趣味性,而且还使得患者及家属对输液相关知识的认识度得到提升,满足了患者对疾病健康教育的需求,提升了输液室的护理质量,提高了患者满意度;同时节省了护士宣教花费的时间,避免护士重复宣教引起的倦怠,提高了工作效率,减轻了护士的工作负担,提高了护士对工作的满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of video education in the excellent nursing of emergency transfusion room.Methods 150 cases of patients with transfusion in December 2016 were selected as the control group,while148 cases of patients with infusion in January 2017 were selected as the observation group,including the infusion health education and medication guidance,and the observation group used the routine oral education combined with video media education way,and the satisfactory degree,mastery degree of health knowledge were compared between the two groups,and the satisfactory degree of 26 cases of nurses working in the transfusion room at the same period was surveyed.Results The satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.7%vs 87.8%）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（χ2=8.572,P 0.05）;and the mastery degree of disease knowledge in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（126 cases vs96 cases）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=15.980,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The self-made media video for education of infusion patients can increase the audio-visual effect and interest in a proper time,and improve the awareness degree of patients and their family to the infusion related knowledge,meet the demand of patients to the disease health education,improve the satisfactory degree,and nursing quality in the transfusion room,at the same time,save the education time of nurses,avoid the tiredness caused by the nurse＇s repeated education,improve the work efficacy,relieve the work burden nurses and improve the satisfactory degree of nurses to the work.
