经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理分析

Analysis of Nursing of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy in Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探究经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理。方法选择2016年1月—2018年1月于该科住院的300例腰椎间盘突出症患者患者的治疗数据进行研究,包含了单节段L3~4腰椎间盘突出患者41例,L4~5腰椎间盘突出患者98例,L5~S1腰椎间盘突出患者73例,双节段L4~5、L5~S1腰椎间盘突出患者88例,对这些患者均给予了术前护理、术中护理以及术后护理。术前护理包括心理护理、疼痛干预、术前准备。术中护理包括手术监测、紧急处理。术后护理包括常规护理、体位调整、并发症预防、腰围使用介绍等。结果采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分数据,分析经皮椎间孔镜术后患者的临床治疗和护理效果,94.56%(87/92)患者恢复效果明显。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗及护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者恢复有理想的效果,通过优质的护理方式,可以对患者恢复期间的疾病症状进行更好地掌控。

Objective To study the nursing of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The treatment data of 300 cases of inpatients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in our department from January 2016 to January 2018 were studied,including 41 cases with single segment L3 to 4 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,98 cases with L4 to 5 protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,73 cases with L5 to S1 protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,and 88 cases with L4 to 5、L5-S1 protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,and all patients were given the postoperative nursing,intraoperative nursing and postoperative nursing,and the postoperative nursing included the mental nursing,pains intervention and preparation,and the intraoperative nursing included the operative monitoring and emergency treatment,and the postoperative nursing included the routine nursing,body positive adjustment,complication prevention,and introduction of waist circumference.Results The clinical treatment and nursing effect of patients after the percutaneous transforaminal microscopy were analyzed by the VAS score,94.56%（87/92） of patients had an obvious effect of recovery.Conclusion The percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in treatment and nursing of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is ideal,and the excellent nursing method can better master the symptoms of diseases during the recovery period.
