心理护理在急诊胃镜止血中的应用及对患者焦虑紧张情绪的影响分析

Analysis of Application of Mental Nursing in the Emergency Gastroscopy Hemostasis and Effect on the Anxious and Nervous Emotions of Patients

目的分析心理护理在急诊胃镜止血中的应用及对患者焦虑紧张情绪的影响。方法 2016年6月—2018年1月期间,于枣庄矿业集团枣庄医院抽取169例行急诊胃镜止血患者作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组(84例)和研究组(85例),前者采用常规护理,后者在前者的基础上加心理护理,护理后,比较两组的情况。结果护理后,在SAS评分比较上,研究组为(35.21±4.63)分明显低于对照组(49.38±5.66)分,(t=17.823 1,P=0.000 1);在止血成功率上,研究组为96.47%高于对照组78.57%(χ~2=32.373 5,P=0.000 1);在NHP评分的比较上,研究组为(79.62±14.94)分明显高于对照组(60.12±11.23)分,(t=9.582 6,P=0.000 1)。结论心理护理在在急诊胃镜止血中的应用及对患者焦虑紧张情绪的影响中效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application of mental nursing in the emergency gastroscopy hemostasis and effect on the anxious and nervous emotions of patients.Methods 169 cases of patients with emergency gastroscopy hemostasis extracted in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 84 cases used the routine nursing,while the research group with 85 cases used the mental nursing,and the conditions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS scores in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（35.21±4.63）points vs（49.38±5.66）points]（t=17.823 1,P=0.000 1）;the hemostasis successful rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（96.47% vs 78.57%）（χ2=32.373 5,P=0.000 1）,and the NHP scores in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group[（79.62±14.94）points vs（60.12±11.23）points]（t=9.582 6,P=0.000 1）.Conclusion The effect of mental nursing in the emergency gastroscopy hemostasis and effect on the anxious and nervous emotions of patients are obvious,which is worth clinical promotion.
