支气管哮喘代谢组学研究进展

为总结近几年来支气管哮喘在代谢组学方面的研究进展。该文从代谢组学技术手段、标本选择、数据分析方法等不同角度以及从西方医学、中国传统医学、维吾尔医学等不同医学理论体系方面介绍支气管哮喘以及代谢组学各自特点并综合论述支气管哮喘代谢组学研究进展。代谢组学作为一门新兴学科,凭借其样本多样化、技术多元化等优势在支气管哮喘代谢组学方面的应用前景可观。代谢组学在哮喘领域中的应用前景很好,不仅对哮喘的诊治、机制的研究和疗效及预后的判断提供可靠依据,而且在其他各方面应用广范。

The paper introduces the features of bronchial asthma and metabonomics from the prospective of metabonomic technological means,specimen selection and data analysis method and western medicine,Chinese traditional medicine and uyghur medicine and comprehensively elaborates the research progress of metabonomics of bronchial asthma in order to summarize the research progress of metabonomics of bronchial asthma in recent years.Metabonomics,as a new subject,has a great application prospect in the metabonomics of bronchial asthma by the multiple samples and technologies.The application prospect of metabonomics in the asthma filed is better,which can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma,research of mechanism and determination of curative effect and prognosis,and the application in other aspects is wide.
