编辑工作是重要的文化生产和创造过程。青年是国家和民族发展中最为重要的有生力量,肩负着推动国家和民族向前发展的重任。青年编辑担负着文化发展的重要使命,要立足本职岗位,练好本领,不断编辑创造优秀文化作品,尽心竭力做好本职工作,在推进文化发展中书写人生乐章。立足于青年编辑学习和成长实际,从基础能力、政治标准、表达流畅、文稿原意和篇章结构等技术层面论述如何才能编辑出好的作品,对青年编辑做好业务工作创造优秀作品,成为文化发展的重要推动力量提出有益指导。

Editing is an important process of cultural production and creation. Young people are the most important effective force in the development of the country and the nation shouldering the important task of pushing forward the development of the country and the nation. Young editors are responsible for the important mission of cultural development. They should base themselves on their posts, practice their skills, constantly edit and create outstanding cultural works, do their job with all their heart and soul, and write the movement of life in promoting cultural development. Based on the reality of young editors＇leaming and growth, this paper discusses how to edit good works from the technical aspects of basic ability, political standard, smooth expression, original intention of manuscripts and text structure, and provides useful guidance for young editors to do a good job in creating excellent works and become an important driving force for cultural development.
