摘要
教育效果的好坏关键取决于师生关系的好坏。现代师生关系在"主体—客体二元对立"哲学思想影响下,和应试教育的现实背景下陷入困境之中,造成师生关系功利化、冷漠化和冲突化。后现代主义心理学教育观认为师生关系的建构需要重新确定教师角色和权威,建构出一种理解、尊重、沟通与合作的新型师生关系。
The quality of education depends on the quality of teacher-student relationship. The relationship between teachers and students in the ＂subjeet-object dualistic＂ under the influence of philosophical thinking, and the reality of the examination-oriented education into a dilemma, resulting in tire relationship between teachers and students utilitarian, desertification and conflict. The postmodem psychological education view holds that the reconstruction of teacher-student relationship needs to redefine the teacher＇s authority and the teacher＇ s role, and construct a new teacher-student relationship with understanding, respect, communication and cooperation.
