摘要
大学受环境评价的外部驱使以及自身发展的内在要求,其本科教学功能主体地位受到冲击和挑战,教学中存在不以学生为中心的"异化"现象,具体表现为:碎片化教学、浅表化教学、专制化教学、疏离化教学。"以学生为中心"是本科教学回归的根本点和落脚点。"以学生为中心"的教育理念内涵包括:"以学生为中心"的教学目标和学习目标、"以学生为中心"的学习模式和评价模式、"以学生为中心"的校园环境和学习环境。落实这一理念需要从确定"以学生为中心"的教育思想、构建"以学生为中心"的教学模式、提升教师"以学生为中心"的职业素养和教学能力以及加强学校软硬件建设等几方面入手。
Since universities are being influenced by outside evaluation and inside development and con- struction, their scientific research activity nowadays has substituted for teaching activity as a more vital function. Thus appeared deviated teaching which is reflected as: fragmented teaching, superficial teaching, autocratic teaching and alienated teaching. Talent cuhivation as essential task of universities and the requirement of building the "double first-class" universities call for the return of teaching activity back to primary function whose foothold is "student-centered" education ideology. It includes the following elements: teaching and learning objectives, learning and assessment mode, school and learning environment. In order to implement the ideology of "student-centered" education, firstly, teachers should establish this ideology in their mind; secondly, innovate on the teaching mode accordingly and enhance their ability to teach under this principle; thirdly, the school must institutionally secure this ideology to head on smoothly by p^viding both strong hard-ware and software support.
