煤化工过程强化保障能源安全的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of strengthening energy security in the process of the coal-to-chemicals

现代煤化工与石油化工相互依存,互为补充,发展现代煤化工是发挥我国煤炭资源比较优势、降低石油对外依存度、保障我国能源安全的重要途径。论文首先对煤化工的工艺发展历程做了综述性分析,特别关注煤气化工艺以强化为核心的发展脉络。结果表明,过程强化使得现代煤化工的产能有了数量级的提高,使得煤代油成为了可能。

The modern chemical industry is interdependent and complementary to the petrochemical industry.It is an important way to play the comparative advantage of coal resources in our country,to reduce the dependence degree of oil and to guarantee the energy security of our country by developing modern chemical industry.The paper firstly reviews the process development of coal gasification,and stresses on the development of the intensificationcentered coal gasification technology.The results show that the process intensification improves the production capacity of modern coal mine and makes it possible that the coal could replace the oil.
