论马克思金融理论与当前我国金融市场规范发展

On Marx's Financial Theory and the Standardized Development of China's Current Financial Market

"深化金融体制改革,增强金融服务实体经济能力"是十九大对金融业发展的要求。基于马克思主义视角下金融和实体经济的关系,即货币资本的循环一定要结合产业资本的循环,金融资本发展应遵循经济发展规律,才能发挥金融调剂社会资金和调节国民经济的正面作用。反观当前金融市场发展出现较高的金融杠杆和脱实向虚等问题,需要用马克思的金融理论作为当前金融市场规范发展的基本遵循,要防范金融领域的风险,就必须加强监管,要服务于实体经济,要与经济协调发展。

＂We will deepen institutional reform in the financial sector,make it better serve the real economy＂is the specific requirement for financial development,proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This paper sums up the relationship between finance and real economy from the view of Marx＇s,namely,the circulation of monetary capital must be combined with that of industrial capital,the development of financial capital should follow the laws of economic development in order to play a positive role in adjusting social funds and regulating the national economy. By reviewing such problems as the higher financial leverage and taking off to virtual reality,this paper points out that Marx＇s financial theory should be taken as the basic principle for the standardized development of the current financial market,and finance should be on guard against risks,supervision should also be strengthened to serve the real economy,and the financial development should be coordinated with the economy.
