摘要
目前水电站建设高峰期即将退去,但是大容量、大体积机组还在不断涌现。为避免大型定子吊装,调整时因弹性变形产生的内应力在机组运行过程中对定子圆度、空气间隙的影响,通过对以往大型电站定子安装工艺的总结和优化,在苗尾电站采用了定子在机坑内1次确定中心,不做2次调整的施工方法,并取得了良好效果。本文以苗尾电站4台机定子均在机坑内1次组装的施工方法为依托,详细论述了各项施工步骤,整体施工过程,为后续大型水电站定子在机坑内1次定位装配方法给予了借鉴和参照。
Currently,the peak of hydropower project construction is coming to an end while large-capacity and large-volume units are constantly springing up.During lifting and adjustment of large stators,the internal stress arising from elastic deformation may affect the stator roundness and air clearance during unit operation.To avoid this problem,the construction method of centering the stators in the pit in one process without any secondary adjustment is adopted for the Miaowei Hydropower Station based on summarization and optimization of previous stator installation technologies of large-scale hydropower station,and the method has yielded good effects.By taking the construction method of assembling the stators of 4 units of the Miaowei Hydropower Station in the pit in one process as an example,this paper expounds the construction procedures and the entire construction process,to provide for reference for the one-process locating and assembling method of stators of large-scale hydropower stations in pits.
