我国政府公共关系的困境探因与路径建设

Research on the Plight and Path Construction of Government Public Relations in China

现代社会政府公共关系的重要性日益彰显,通过文献研究归纳出政府公共关系的三种理论研读视角:公共关系学、公共行政学和传播学。借以对三种视角的理论阐述发现我国政府公共关系存在学科发展不够规范的问题;综合我国政府公共关系的实践来看,发现在网络化、信息化飞速发展的背景下,其发展相对滞后。今后既应重视政府公共关系的理论发展,也要重视其实践能力的培养。

The importance of government public relations in modern society is increasingly obvious. In this paper, three research perspectives of government public relations arc concluded through literature research： Public Relations, Public Administration and Communication. Through the nalysis of three perspectives, we find that government public relations are mainly faced with the difficulties of standardization construction.Based on the practice of government public relations in China, it is found that under the background of rapid development of networking and information technology, its development can not keep pace with the times.In the future, therefore, we should attach importance to the theoretical development of government public relations and attach importance to the cultivation of practical ability in the future.
