1956年工资改革动因探析:以河北省为中心

摘要 1956年工资改革基本确立起我国按劳取酬为原则的社会主义工资制度。此次改革一方面缘于社会主义制度构建的需要,即革除旧工资制度中种种弊端,以建立更为完善的符合社会发展需要的社会主义工资制度;另一方面也是中共中央对以往工资工作反思的结果,特别是对1954年后日益突显的工资增长与国民经济发展及劳动生产率失衡问题的纠正。此外,1956年"三大改造"基本完成,社会主义基本经济制度的确立及生产关系的变革,也必然要求工资福利制度的改革,以适应新的生产关系。 The wage reform in 1956 basically established the socialist wage system which based on the principle of distribotion according to labor in our country. This reform on one hand was due to the need of constructing the socialist system, that was to eliminate various defects in the old wage system, and to establish a more perfect socialist wage system that meet the needs of social development; On the other hand, it was also the CPC Central Committee's reflection on past wage work. Especially the imbalance between national economic development and labor productivity caused by wage increase since 1954 had become increasingly prominent and needed to be corrected. In addition, the "Three Grant Transformation" was basically completed in 1956. The establishment of a basic socialist economic system and the transformation of production relations also required the reform of the wage and welfare system to adapt to the new relations of production.
